Should you wish to return items from your order, please note that goods must be unused and have all original packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for packaging return parcels securely and appropriately to ensure goods arrive back undamaged and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and a tracked method is recommended; Cerita is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Upon receiving your return, goods will be inspected, and a refund will be issued (minus any delivery costs) within 7 working days.

Please note that returns or replacements will only be issued for goods purchased directly from the Cerita website. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact the retailer directly for support.
